NOTE: DoD PERSONNEL REGISTRATION OFFER FOR UID FORUM 2012 - Atlanta: A limited number of funded registrations will be offered to DoD employees that register for the UID Forum. If awarded, funded registrations will be available ONLY to those that have not attended a previous Forum. Restrictions apply. Funding covers the cost of the registration fee only. Travel, hotel and other expenses remain the registrant's responsibility. Regular rates apply to those that register after all funded registrations are consumed.

Discounts are available to those that have attended a previous Forum and want to continue their UID education. Please send an email to kcalaway@clariongroupinc.com to request an Alumni Discount Code.

Prior to February 10, 2012 NO CANCELLATION FEE - Your entire registration fee will be returned
Between February 10 and March 26, 2012 $75 CANCELLATION FEE - The balance of your registration fee will be returned, less $75
After March 26, 2012 NO REFUNDS, however, you may transfer your registration to a replacement representative at no cost.
   
 

As the UID Forum continues to rapidly grow in size, we’ve established
two separate registration processes depending on your role and
support to the Department of Defense.

Please read each option carefully before making your selection below.

Remember: Funded Registrations are only available to DoD Personnel who are attending the UID Forum for the first time and are on an extremely limited basis. To begin the application for a funded registration, please select the DoD Personnel option. Support contractors, suppliers and industry are not eligible to obtain a funded registration.

If you are a member of the Dept of Navy, US Army, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, DLA, or other government agency, you will select the this option to begin your registration.   If you are contractor support personnel, a supplier to the Department of Defense, a member of industry or any other organization, you will select this option to begin your registration.
